Logo Submission Terms

By purchasing the submission right and uploading a logo (the “Submission”), you agree to these terms. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit and publish the logo, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and publicly perform the Submission on our website and related channels.

1. Nature of Purchase. Your payment purchases only the right to submit a logo for review and potential publication. It is not a guarantee of publication, prominence, or selection as a winner.
2. Editorial/Moderation Discretion. All Submissions are subject to review. The moderator retains full and final discretion to approve, reject, remove, or reorder any Submission at any time for any reason or no reason.
3. No Refunds. If your Submission is rejected or later removed, the payment is non-refundable. All payments are final.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome. Payment does not guarantee any vote count, rating, placement, visibility, or victory in any community vote or selection process.
5. Compliance. You agree that the Submission will not infringe any third-party rights, violate applicable law, or contain prohibited content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
6. License. You grant us a limited license to store, reproduce, and display the Submission for site operation, promotion of the voting feature, and archival purposes.
7. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
